Do I need to download an app?
No. Basu works inside WhatsApp. Save the Basu number, say "Hi", and start.
Can I type, or only send voice notes?
Both. Type a message or send a voice note, whichever is easier at that moment. Basu understands Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo and English.
What if Basu gets something wrong?
Basu confirms every record before it counts. If anything is wrong, just reply with the correction, like "No, na 25k", and it's fixed.
How do debt reminders work?
Basu reminds you who to follow up and writes a polite message for you. One tap opens it in your own WhatsApp, ready to send. Basu never collects or holds money.
